Coaching is an interpersonal process that helps people to close specific gaps in their lives and reach their goals. The coaches work with the people in the areas that are relevant to the clients, including their attitude, life plan, new projects, quality of life, leadership, decision making, goal achieving and human relationships. As a result of the coaching, those who receive it are able to establish defined goals and challenges to reach in a short, medium and long term; act more determined, take better decisions, have follow ups; become aware and work on their strengths and areas of opportunity.
